Parasaurolophus
- I would have to say Parasaurolophus, it's crest characterizes it and it is usually what people think of when they hear "duckbill" (hadrosaur)

Toss Up
- Mine was always a toss up between triceratops, steggies, and ankylosaurus. I guess I love herbivores that can fight back!! Spiked head, spiked tails...It's all good!

Does Archeopteryx Count?
- I've always loved this half bird/half dino because it always looked like an evil parrot in schoolbooks.

Hadrosaurus
- I've got to go with the hadrosaurus, because it's NJ's dino claim to fame.

T-rex
- In Colorado, a road construction project is named T-rex and has been going on for several years. A dino that refuses to die! Cool. Sometimes I imagine one coming over the ridge. Duck and cover.

Stegosaurus
- Stegosaurus is my knee-jerk response. I didn't even know I had a favorite dino, but my memory from childhood is quite clear that stego is my flat out, way in front fav. Love the stylin' mohawk-y look.

My Favorite Dinosaur is Fossilized
- My Favorite Dinosaur is a dead dinosaur. That's right I prefer my dinosaurs fossilized. I really wouldn't fancy meeting up with living dinosaur and ending up as its dinner. So I'm quite happy with things as they are. I enjoy looking at dinosaur pictures but they seem somewhat fanciful. I recently saw a picture of a Cassowary and imagine it to be a direct descendant of the kind of dinosaurs which are supposedly birdlike. Since we live on separate continents, I'm cool with that.

Triceratops
- As a kid, my favorite by far was the Triceratops. I loved the idea that they were able to defend themselves against that big, bad T-Rex, though imagining them charging forward and impaling a predator on those horns probably wasn't 100% accurate. I had a stuffed triceratops that was one my most favorite toys... though I did give him the unfortunate name "Horny."

It's the one with wings
- It's always been the pterodactyl for me. Partially because of its name and partially because it flies. It doesn't take much to please me. Terrific hub, by the way!
